"Bad Request" error when downloading DLL
When downloading a DLL from a virtual directory within a website, I receive a "Bad Request" error. This error happens internally and externally. If I go after the UNC path directly to the location, I can download the DLL fine. It only
happens when going through the virtual directory in the IIS site. Also, if I download and different type of file such as .txt, it works fine. I am using IIS 7.5. In the ISAPI and GCI restrictions, I have allowed ISAPI and CGI modules.
ISAPI-dll is also enables in Handler Mappings. The iusr that runs the site has full control of the dll file.
